Premier, privately-owned custom home builder, headquartered in SW FL, is seeking a Project Manager due to rapid growth in the Sarasota area. Recently awarded ” Best Places to Work in Florida ” due to family culture, teamwork, employee development and passion for the industry.

Offering true work life/balance roughly 50 hrs/wk carrying 2-4 jobs. Average homes run $5-8Mil. Strong onboarding and mentoring program. Must be willing to work in Naples 3 days/wk for a few months (all expenses paid).

Ideal candidate must have recent construction experience in either Commercial OR Custom/Luxury Residential Construction . Local candidates with strong industry connections is required. Looking for Independent, self-starter type professional that is detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating issues and coming up with solutions.

Salary: $115k-$130k + % of gross profits (don’t let $ deter you based on experience!)
