Property Management Intern Full Time

What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a dedicated Property Management Intern, with an adaptable and customer-focused attitude, to join our team for the Summer of 2025! As an intern, you will collaborate closely with property management and leasing consultants, gaining hands-on experience in the sales process. You will also engage in various property operationstasks, maintain resident information systems, learn about financial record-keeping, and explore numerous opportunities to gain comprehensive knowledge of the field

Essential Job Duties:

Leasing Process

• Observe the sales process from start to finish

• Conduct property tours and overcome objections

• Build relationships with prospects and create excitement

  
  

• Assist in the application process

• Assist in scheduling appointments

• Assist in validating prospect/resident rental eligibility using designated background verification process.

• Assist with marketing and follow up of the leasing team unit inspections, thank you notes, approval letters, phone calls and lease signing schedules.

  
  

Resident Relations

• Assist in guiding residents through the move in process
