Duration: 10+ months

Pay Rate: $34.27/hour

Overview:

This role supports training and document control within Operations & Quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Training:

• Track and monitor employee training in BaxU.
• Support New Employee Orientation (NEO) and provide training assistance.
• Work with managers to create and update job training plans.
• Maintain training records and report training metrics.
• Schedule and organize training sessions as needed.

Documentation:

• Manage document control and change management systems.
• Ensure quality records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Maintain records of document updates per regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in Quality within a regulated industry (medical device/pharma preferred).
• Experience with training documentation systems is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Primarily desk-based work but may require standing or walking.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work in a controlled manufacturing environment with specific safety requirements (e.g., protective gear, wrist straps).
