Executes proper communication with all Holiday Inn Club Vacations affiliated departments, management and HICV owners. Confirms sales and verifies contracts for HICV sales. Handles walk-in cancellations and owner cancellation calls; rewrites sales and assist QAO’s with mail out process in order to recover lost business. Assists QA management with training and improvement of new and existing employees.
