Recruiter Full Time

*Local candidates only, this is on-site 2 days per week in Boston, MA and requires recent software/startup industry experience*

Targeting up to $50/hr range depending on experience

Must haves:

-5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience including recruiting for sales and general business roles (admin, HR, accounting, operations, etc)

-Software or startup experience

-Strong communicator (can partner & coach hiring managers)

-MS Office

Preferred:

-Greenhouse ATS

-Bachelor degree

Job Description:

The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and leaders across the company to build strong, diverse teams while ensuring every hire aligns with our values and culture.

Responsibilities:

*Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams, from sourcing to offer negotiation

*Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecard competencies and criteria for each position.

*Run structured kickoff meetings with hiring managers and hiring teams to align on role expectations, process, and success criteria

*Proactively identify and engage top talent through sourcing strategies and market research

*Create an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our values and culture

*Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and hiring effectiveness

*Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts

*Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to showcase our unique culture
