*Remote Position*
The Recruiter manages the full cycle of recruiting for Heights Finance positions and is responsible for the achievement of staffing goals to support the needs of the business. This position requires the creation of requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, assessing and recommending candidates for open positions. In addition, the Recruiter will act as an Employment Brand Ambassador to promote Heights Finance career opportunities.

Facilitates the recruitment and selection process, including pre and post-employment assessments, to ensure qualified pool of candidates is achieved
Utilizes online recruiting sources and existing networks to identify and source diverse candidates
Identifies and engages in recruitment functions and networking opportunities to yield and attract qualified candidates to company
Builds solid partnerships with hiring managers to ensure internal customer satisfaction and company objectives are met
Evaluates employment applications and identifies qualified applicants; ensures compliance with OFCCP guidelines.

Evaluates employment history and credentials to determine eligibility for hire and ensure company is not at risk.
Takes appropriate measures to ensure compliance to ADA and company policy to avoid discrimination of disabled employees/applicants to ensure best hiring practices are enforced.
Educates candidates on employment opportunities, company mission, vision, values and goals.
Primary staffing contact responsible for responding to candidate requests.

Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
Two years of prior recruiting experience.
One-year experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
$53,000-$70,000 per year
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the state average.

The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
