Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter who will also help us to build out a recruiting platform that is truly best in class. Youll be charged with identifying uniquely talented individuals to drive the business forward. You will design and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage best-in-class talent through multiple channels. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as a subject matter expert to candidates and internal partners alike.

What you’ll do: Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc. Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for positions including developing job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates Ensure the best candidate experience throughout Angi’s interview processes Use social media and company branding to attract the right candi…Recruiter, Business Services, Experience
