Location: 5 days on-site in Seattle, WA
Pay rate: 33hr
Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced recruiter or recruiting coordinator focused on onboarding and offboarding qualified candidates. This person will focus more on the closing steps of the recruiting life cycle instead of the full life cycle
- Under university recruiting team – focusing on different skillsets
- North America and International openings
- Partnering with new grads (MBA to PhD) + interns
- Non-Tech openings
Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
- Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
- May require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

- 1+ years of Recruiting Experience or Recruiting Coordinating Experience

- Experience collaborating with team members
