How You Will Make an Impact
The Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting and provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the organization and clients. This Position will assist Hiring Managers in proactively locating the best possible candidate pool to fill positions and to ensure quality candidates are available in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of professional recruiting experience or Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for a broad range of positions and on a regional, multi-location level
- Proficient in using recruiting software applications and HRIS systems
- Experience using social media tools in job advertising capacities
- Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or other specific technology
- Understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
- Knowledge of State employment and labor laws
- Knowledgeable in full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence
