ABOUT THE COURT Los Angeles Superior Court is the largest unified trial court in the United States. Its 580 judges and commissioners work in one of the 40 facilities within the Court’s 12 judicial districts and are supported by more than 4,500 full-time Court employees. ABOUT THE POSITION Our Recruitment and Staffing team is looking to hire an experienced recruiter with exceptional sourcing skills to help accelerate our ambitious hiring goals.
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in r esearching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the Court in various areas such as Information Technology, Social Work, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations (experience with all areas not required). Responsibilities include: Provide guidance to hiring managers in the preparation of job postings to ensure the most effective targeted recruitment and marketing of the positions Develop creative and strategic recruitment plans using social media campaigns, attracting passive candidates, and networking with internal and external resources. Partner with HR Business Partner to stay aligned on critical business needs and overall business unit strategy Work closely with hiring managers providing training and consultation regarding the recruitment and selection process. Strategically plan for immediate vacancies and projected vacancies.
Create and maintain an engaging candidate experience that contributes to our brand as an employer of choice. SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify, you must meet the following requirements at the time of filing: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university* AND three (3) years of highly responsible** experience as a full cycle recruiter.
**Highly responsible work is defined as work performed to assist and support the organization’s management by conducting research and making recommendations for the solution of problems such as organization, use of personnel or resources, budget allocation and funds, workload and/or workload fluctuations, or programs and procedures for accomplishing work objectives.
