Position: Recruiter – Entry Level
Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market.

You will be connecting with job seekers via job sites, phone calls, and other electronic communication. You will learn interviewing, negotiating, closing, and onboarding skills.

In addition to a base salary, there is uncapped earning potential with an uncapped commission plan.
