CNO Financial Groups Talent Acquisition (TA) team is hiring a Recruiter which we title a TA Partner – to lead full lifecycle recruiting, including internal mobility, primarily for nonexempt and non-management roles. You will develop compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies, post positions, network with passive talent pools and partner with third party recruiters, capture interviewer feedback, lead debrief sessions and facilitate the offer process. Depending on capacity, you may also support CNOs on-campus recruiting of interns.
