Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
Pay: $33+/hour (based on experience)
Day to Day Tasks:
+ Managing requisitions in various areas of Allied Health. Telephonic, electronic communication with hiring managers, directors.
+ Going into requisition to screen qualified candidates, schedule interviews, follow-up on candidates, Salary calculation, initiate reference checks, offers, counteroffers, knowing salary parameters and protocol.
+ Get candidate started on on-boarding process. It is a full-service desk.
+ 6-12-month contract with possibility of extension
Additional Job Requirements:
+ Any experience with Taleo is a PLUS
+ MINIMUM 1-2 years of Healthcare Recruiting experience
+ Remote 100% – will mail equipment if they are not local to Dallas, TX
+ Bachelor’s Degree/2 years minimum of experience required
+ Associates Degree/4 years minimum of experience required
+ Sourcing Experience is extremely beneficial as they will be working with email & text campaigns
