Our Talent Acquisition Team is looking to bring on a Candidate Experience Specialist that is going to partner with our Internal Recruiting teams to ensure a smooth and streamlined process during the entirety of our recruiting lifecycle. This person will provide our recruiters support around all functions related to effective onboarding, hiring and communication throughout the interview process as we ensure that our goals for hiring a diverse workforce are met. In this role, you can be expected to work collaboratively with Recruiting and Business teams to create and maintain a stress free candidate experience for applicants that are looking for positions, some of those responsibilities include:
This position is a contract position based in our Boise, Idaho location. Remote candidates will not be considered at this time.
Responsibilities:
Ensure candidate onboarding tasks are completed and detailed accurately in Workday for recruiters.
Schedule high level interviews for positions that require extra support and care
Maintain compliance with policy through saving phone screen notes, intake forms, and interview feedback in Workday
Assisting with PowerPoint deck content visualization and continuous integration into our SharePoint side as needed
Assist with candidate travel including preparation and hosting of onsite interviews as needed
Assist with team call preparation with regard to any of the above support concerns
Required Skills
2-3 Experience in Project Management role within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Organization
Interpersonal development/efficiency experience
Effective oral and written communication skills to all levels of leadership including the business and recruiting teams
Passion for candidate experience throughout the interview life cycle
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or Candidate Experience Position
Workday (preferred) or other ATS working experience
Education
B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related experience
