Position
Daversa is seeking to hire outstanding Recruiting Coordinators. We are looking for individuals with 0-6 months of experience in the relevant field. The ideal candidate will have experience in a related field like sales, customer success, business development, or recruiting.
Daversa Partners is looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, willing to learn, and driven to build their own career.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Partners to learn the market and industry
Focus on search work and being the first point of contact for candidates
Source candidates by using databases and social media
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Responsible for database maintenance and owning the ATS
Conducting references and handling entire process from start to finish
Assisting teams with on-going projects internally
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
