Chick-fil-A UCLA is seeking a high-caliber, self-motivated, and reliable part-time Human Resource Specialist. Starting Rate: $20.50
Your Impact:
- Maintaining HR compliance for all employees
- Process applications, phone screenings and interviews weekly
- Ensuring a well-staffed restaurant, promoting and recruiting for job openings Scheduling and conducting onboarding/orientation for new hires
- Ensuring new hires receive uniform and maintain uniform inventory
- Assisting in various administrative duties which may entail accountability reports, maintaining the restaurant email, invoices, etc.
- Plan quarterly team meetings
- Assisting the Human Resources Director with other miscellaneous tasks (uniform request, health care inquires, injury reports, etc.)
- Monitoring time punches and appropriately documenting all violations/adjustments/errors Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or 1-2 years of experience in human resources Understanding of California Labor Laws
