RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
+ Fulfilling requisitions to clients specifications
+ Provide superior customer service to our growing roster of clientele and field staff
+ Call and confirm staff on events and ensure that they have access to all relevant event information
+ Balance the high volume of outgoing and incoming calls and emails from both clients and field staff
+ Reviewing event orders for accuracy (i.e. event info, bill rates, contract clients, attestation form, security clearance, staffing assignments, etc.)
+ Fielding a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails
+ Inputting client orders with attention to detail and accuracy
+ Assisting in addressing issues and concerns of all field staff and clients including issuing disciplinary action when necessary.
+ Performing E-Verify and Background Checks in a timely manner
+ Accurately enter and fulfill client event orders in our database
+ Accurately enter all staff information from employee file
+ Conduct in-person interviews, skills assessments and Orientation for applicants according to company HR guidelines
+ Perform new employee on-boarding procedures according to company HR guidelines
+ Review and maintain employee files according to company HR guidelines
+ Occasional on-site event visits for quality control and oversight of sign in process for field staff
+ Regular participation in weekend and on-call rotation including some holidays
+ Maintain compliance with policies and procedures as set forth by the company and local laws
+ Participating in ongoing department training
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school degree or equivalent
Bilingual English/Spanish: Highly Preferred
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

+ Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, and personnel information systems.
+ AdministrativeKnowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and workplace terminology.
+ Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
+ Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
+ Social PerceptivenessBeing aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
+ Time ManagementManaging one’s own time and the time of others.
+ Team Player -Collaborate and offer solutions to the department.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 starting + monthly commission!
