Sales Officer Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue potential customers using provided scripts and guidelines in order to drive sales for company products, services and events such as the Who’s Who Business Directories, Training programs, the International Business Conference and the like (targets to be agreed on).
2. Ensure the renewal of all existing Who’s Who directory clients.
3. Develop and execute sales plans for various ACI products based on agreed targets set.
4. Invite prospective clients to various ACI events (Targets to be agreed on).
5. Offer solutions by asking pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
6. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
7. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
8. Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and sales data into CRM system.
9. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (Targets to be agreed on).
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
11. Maintain knowledge of company products, services, events, industry trends, and competitor information.
12. Continuously develop and refine sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Communications, Marketing or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the advertising, media, or publishing industry.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
6. A strong work ethic, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
