Sales Representative

Brookway Horticultural Services,is actively searching for a Sales Representative who has service industry experience (preferably in the green industry), a proven track record of successfully building relationships, developing new business and increasing revenues. Some of the Outside Sales Representatives key responsibilities are:
* Building relationships, qualifying customers, developing new business from cold calls and referrals and selling the value of the many landscape services we provide.
* Being adept at qualifying sales leads, making effective sales presentations and managing customer relationships throughout a proven sales process.
* Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with field, office and management personnel to resolve problems, recognize opportunities and maximize profits.


* In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear and concise report, proposals, agreements and other required company paperwork: maintain written information relative to delays, changes, special conditions and schedules, etc. Requirements We are looking for the following skill sets and experience for our newest team member: -Experience selling maintenance contracts, service agreements, or any other intangible services in commercial and residential environments. -Landscape industry experience strongly preferred -Candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Office -Must be able to work independently, effectively communicate our services and adequately answer customer questions and concerns to overcome their objections. -It is critical this individual be energetic, motivated and maintain the drive necessary to develop business in this growing industry.
