Medix is currently searching for a Medical Front Desk professional to work within an elite practice! This opportunity offers a positive work environment as well as ample room for growth and promotion.
- Responsible for checking patients in/out of the office
- Insurance verification
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Flexibility is a must, may be asked to perform additional duties as needed
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and HIPPA
- One year of Medical Front Desk experience preferred
In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
