About the role: You will be the senior-most technical member of the incident response team within our global information security organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Improve the resilience and readiness of security protection and mitigation technologies and processes to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of assets, information, data, and IT services.
2. Develop and execute security incident response plans, conduct cyber forensic investigations on physical endpoints and cloud platforms, and lead full life-cycle investigations of security incidents.
3. Create comprehensive incident reports and investigation summaries, and develop intelligence to proactively detect high-confidence threats.
4. Analyze security control requirements, tune controls, define mitigation rules, script changes, and troubleshoot security detection or protection technologies.
5. Review and optimize existing tools, applications, and processes to enhance security capabilities and identify gaps.
6. Lead analysis of security events for anomalies, collaborate with peer groups, and take appropriate actions to safeguard assets against threats.

Requirements:

1. Advanced knowledge of security in cloud-agnostic infrastructure.
2. Ability to conduct forensic and incident response investigations, with understanding of incident response workflows.
3. Experience analyzing security events for anomalies and emerging threats.
4. Capability to develop and implement security improvement programs.
5. Knowledge of vulnerability assessment, exploitation, malware reverse engineering, threat analysis, and incident reporting.
6. Experience navigating cloud and web-based environments.
7. Relevant certifications such as CCFE, GCFE, CISSP, CISM, SANS, GIAC, ISACA, CSRIC, or related security certifications.
