We are looking for a Senior HR Service Analyst to join our team at Agilent!

In this role you will:

Provide customer-focused HR programs, services and consultation that reinforce and model the OneAgilent behaviors, represent our company values and culture, and communicate our core company principles to enhance individual, team, management and business performance.

Typical assignments may include U.S., Mexico, and Brazil payroll processing, providing second level support to internal and external HR Services customers, managing Workforce Management Programs, coaching other less experienced team members, vendor management, leading the U.S. biweekly payroll process, leading HR projects as assigned, training new or acquired employees on Agilent payroll and HR Systems, Workday reporting, and partnering with key business partners as required, payroll tax administration, payroll reconciliation, Workday reporting, and other duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for providing HR services/support for Agilent managers, including assistance in the escalation of employee grievance issues, policy/guideline interpretation, implementation of business events, acquisitions, workforce balancing, new employee orientation.

Location: The ideal candidate will be within commutable distance to the Santa Clara, CA office. Remote US location is acceptable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, CPP certification or equivalent experience required

5+ years relevant payroll/HR services experience required

Expertise in Microsoft Suite applications, with a particular focus on Excel

ADP Globalview and ADP eTime desired

Experience as a lead or supervisor is desired

Experience processing payroll in Mexico and Brazil is desired
