A retail company located in New Jersey is actively seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to join their staff as their new Senior Payroll Associate. In this role, the Payroll Specialist will support all aspects of payroll processing and time tracking in Workday.
Responsibilities
The Senior Payroll Associate will:
- Guide Payroll Team on the system navigation steps needed to process a payroll in Workday
- Act as a resource for Payroll Team in navigating Workday for Payroll functions
- Assist with creating and analyzing payroll and time tracking reports and audits
- Perform accurate and timely completion of payroll processing tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of payroll experience in Workday
- Experience with Workday payroll system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breach of confidentiality
Desired skills
- ADP experience
