Senior Project Manager, Building Decarbonization AnalysisAlbany or New York CityFusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Manager, Building Decarbonization Analysis to join our client in leading the nation in the fight on global climate change and the transition to a clean-energy powered economy. The Senior Project Manager will support building decarbonization analysis as part of the Energy Markets team within Energy and Environmental Analysis. The Energy Markets program monitors our client s energy supply, supports regulatory engagement around gas system transition, and supports building modeling efforts in support of our client s broader efforts to transition away from natural gas and other fossil fuels. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with the opportunity to work within either office location.

Responsibilities include:Provide leadership in developing, analyzing, and modeling building decarbonization policies in furtherance of our client s climate goals. The selected candidate will develop, utilize, and improve a suite of quantitative modeling tools, including supply curve and adoption models that assess potential and expected uptake for clean energy technologies in the built environment. Develop aptitude in using the modeling tools, gathering relevant data, and vetting results. Apply these and other tools to carry out analysis to support policy development including modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analyses to assess impacts of existing and potential policies on technology adoption, energy supply and demand, energy prices and markets, emissions, the state economy, distributional and equity outcomes, and associated benefit-cost implications.

Qualifications:A Bachelor s degree with superior academic performance and 7 years of relevant experienceA Bachelor s degree in engineering, economics, computer science, or a related technical fieldHigh fluency in Microsoft Excel, experience with SQL programming, and 2 or more years of experience with modeling and quantitative analysis using standard statistical software such as R, Python, SAS.
