Server

We are hiring a Server to join our family-run Korean restaurant located in Flatiron, NYC.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Present menus, provide recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.

Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high presentation standards.

Address customer inquiries, special requests, and dietary preferences with a positive attitude.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order coordination.

Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.

Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not mandatory.

Must hold a food handling license.

Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.

Ability to work well within a team and thrive under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Familiarity with basic point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
