Software Quality Control Associate Full Time

Organotiki (a member of the Nielsen Audience Measurement Group) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. This role extends beyond traditional quality assurance. We value versatility, flexibility and a willingness to learn, thus, all our employees contribute across multiple areas.
The person in this role will be responsible for identifying software issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a technical bridge between our clients and development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Quality Control: Proactively identify problems, bugs, and usability issues in our software solutions.
  • Client Support and Training: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, assisting them in navigating and using our software effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure that the software delivers on client expectations and escalates their requests for software improvements and/or additional features.
  • Issue Mitigation: Actively support clients in troubleshooting and resolving software-related concerns.
  • Liaison Role: Gather client feedback and requests, translating them into clear technical requirements for our development team.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to software performance and customer satisfaction and escalate them appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a relevant role (e.g., software quality assurance, customer support, client services).
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in a Technology-related area
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing software issues.
  • Ability to learn and explain complex software solutions to non-technical users.
  • Basic financial knowledge, including an understanding of invoices, net amounts, and credit notes.
  • Some understanding of the advertising industry is preferred.
  • Coding skills are a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is mandatory.
