Duration: Initially 12 Months contract with possible extension

Web Applications You have Knowledge of:
APIs and how to use them in practice
Windows infrastructure, specifically in domain groups from a software support perspective
Directory security and permissions plus, basic familiarity with networking concepts e.g. firewall rules, VPN, access lists, etc. Our tech stack: Java / Pivotal Cloud Foundry / SQL / Microsoft Windows / Oracle Web-Logic / HCL Notes / Networking / Windows Servers / API

As a Software Support Senior Associate, you will:
Partner with the development team, business support, end users, and other IT personnel to support and implement end to end solutions.
Use basic programming knowledge to create or modify scripts and programs.
Look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing a solution, challenging the status quo when appropriate.
Mentor and coach others on the team.
Support existing software systems and platforms and hook in applications to applicable data sources.
Write both unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for daily tasks.
Create and maintain Disaster Recovery plans and participate in DR Testing.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to understand the application that is being transferred to support.
