We’re looking for a talented Solutions Architect, Workday Workforce Management to join our team and work closely with our business partners to drive key business decisions and innovate in critical tools such as Workday. About the Role
The DoorDash People Technology team is looking for a Solutions Architect, Workforce Management with demonstrated experience and knowledge in system design and strategy for labor forecasting, scheduling, and timekeeping for a global organization. As a Solutions Architect, Workforce Management you will interact directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across DoorDash to capture requirements while designing lasting solutions with People Technology. This role will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable workforce management architectures for our People organization. As part of a solution architecture team, you will lead the end-to-end design of scalable, integrated solutions that align with business needs, technology standards, and long-term strategic goals.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
