The role of Sr. Director of Beverage is responsible for overseeing beverage operations, ensuring the proper resources needed for beverages and adjusting the beverage strategy as fit with emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities:Establishes global standards for our beverage programs, including: national beverage programing, operating standards, beverage inventory controls and product selection, pricing & placement. Partners with E15, our analytics partners, in optimizing national programs to best meet guest demand. Owns the relationships with our key beverage distributors and manufacturers. Works with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership teams to drive margin improving initiatives and drive them through to completion.
Establishes and oversees beverage program participation KPIs. Establishes effective training programs for beverage operations and venue staff. Establishes and track key performance indicators to measure and report on health of business across a large portfolio of venuesMaintains an understanding of trends and innovations within the Sports and Entertainment industry add implementing strategies that strengthen Levy s market positionRepresents our global beverage capabilities within business development pursuits Preferred Qualifications At least 10 years of beverage strategy or operations experience including, but not limited to: hospitality industry, sports and entertainment, beverage manufacturing, or beverage distributionAt least 5 years experience leading beverage operations and executionP&L management in support of over $100M in revenue a plusDemonstrated experience improving profitabilityProven leader w/ tangible examples of elevating those around them to reach their full potentialHas managed and developed a team, preferred if team includes members that operate remotelyProven leader w/ tangible examples of elevating those around them to reach their full potentialInnate ability to build relationships and partner with multiple business stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to drive beverage margin through revenue lifting and cost reducing initiativesExceptional analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skills, and adept at speaking in front of executive leadershipAbility to work in a fast paced environment of accountability across multiple locationsDemonstrated ability to build sound business cases for investments or recommended courses of actionCurious about Life at Levy.
