Responsibilities

It is the primary responsibility of the SURVEILLANCE OPERATOR to monitor casino and associated areas via Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)/digital recording programs and direct observation techniques to ensure compliance with associated laws and regulations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Specific Job Functions:

* Maintains strict confidentiality for the company when conducting observations and investigations

* Operates CCTV/digital equipment to conduct surveillance

*

* Uses computer and associated hardware to complete documentation

*

* Writes and prepares daily reports and logs

*

* Observes and documents all marker redemptions

*

* Reviews videos and completes documentation regarding specific slot and table game jackpots, guest complaints, and variances in all departments

*

* Conducts routine surveillance filming, reviews videos, and completes documentation to detect suspicious activities and behavior throughout casino and gaming areas

*

* Maintains evidence by saving video to the Archive Server.

*

* Monitors Table Games, Casino Cage, Soft Count and personnel as well as all employees adjunct to casino floor

*

* Testifies in court as a representative for the company as necessary

Qualifications

* Must have at least 1.5 years of gaming or surveillance experience

* Knowledge of all Table Games, Slots and Cage procedures

* Basic knowledge of card counting systems & Basic Strategy

* Must be computer literate

* Must have excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
