Systems Business Analyst – Remote – US

We’re looking for an amazing Systems Business Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for the support of our shipboard applications with emphasis on hotel products and other key applications, to include Oracle Hospitality Cruise, POS, MXP, OneSpaWorld. This includes system administration and application analysis.

The position involves assisting with elevated application support and facilitating issue/defect resolution meetings as well as triage for critical support requests for production hotel systems onboard. Responsibilities Production support of enterprise applications/systems related to cruise ships to include: Oracle Hospitality Cruise, MXP, and Micros 9700 and Simphony Point of Sale Review processes onboard ship and make recommendations for better use of the system capabilities Provide project management, guidance, and support to business users to ensure their requests are properly documented and tracked Assists with high level application support and analysis for production systems Lead grooming, prioritization, and planning exercises Participates in prioritization of product backlog to align with core customer needs and business value Facilitate and triage issue/defect resolution meetings with vendor, onsite and offshore team Share weekend and after hours on-call rotation Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT and business operations experience Tactical experience with application upgrades andor system migrations 3 years of developing functional specifications documents and managing solutions delivery Familiarity with a product road map and product backlog 3 years of experience working with product owners, key stakeholders, and executive management 3 years of JIRA experience Experience using Oracle or SQL database queries Experience supporting or administering an enterprise application Experience working in agile environment Product Intake, business requirement definition, and management experience Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Willingness to travel when necessary Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

00 to $105,600. 00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates’ qualifications and experience uniquely.
