Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist Full Time
The Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist performs time-sensitive and provides due diligence to maintain departmental policy and process for hiring and record retention; with emphasis on securing and reviewing necessary and relevant employment credentials, maintaining current and prospective employee records, responding to departmental and vendor inquiries, participating in audits, and leveraging available systems and resources to perform effective functional data analysis and talent mapping. This position engages in robust data stewardship and reconciliation, customer service to address onboarding and retention opportunities, employment management system (EMS) utilization, vendor systems in support of the hiring process, and regulatory research.
