Classification Title: Human Resources Specialist III Job Description: Recruiting Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Meet with hiring authorities to understand hiring needs and overall department business strategy. In collaboration with the Strategic Communications, Marketing & Engagement team, create a strategic brand and establish targeted marketing/advertising and communications focused on attracting top talent to UF Advancement including, but not limited to the creation of a recruitment website, a branded UF Advancement sourcing newsletter, and a targeted email campaign ensuring consistency of message and increased awareness in the marketplace. Assist in tracking key recruiting metrics and provide reports to leadership.
