Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is focused on actively recruiting and identifying qualified job candidates for front line positions and its business lines. This position combines the skills and expertise of marketing and recruiting qualified candidates to develop a strong, positive employer brand awareness, positioning it as an employer of choice, and attracting a qualified talent pool in the Southern California job market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High School graduate
- BA Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training, Organizational, preferred
- At least three (3) or more years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or training departments
- Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to speak Spanish highly desirable
