Talent Management Administrator- Recruiter

This professional will be joining an administrative service team that is devoted to the furtherance of established essential principles that enhance our ability to make the “Greatest Contribution” possible to our programs, services and staff.Our team’s focus for 2022 is the advancement of Recruitment and Retention successes for the entire organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to further develop Catholic Charities employee branding and to expand the content, reach and impact of our recruitment initiatives.
  • Administer recruitment, selection, onboarding and retention processes in support of our services programs to effectively reduce days-to-hire and to avoid financial losses related to vacancies.
  • Establish and execute the organization’s annual recruitment plan, prepare and distribute related reports and dashboards and participate in internal and external collaborations that support these efforts.
  • Participate in collaborative workgroups as assigned to implement and/or further organizational initiatives.
