Our client in Bala Cynwyd is seeking a Tax Administrative Assistant to join their growing team!

Job Details for Tax Administrative Assistant:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• $27-$30/hr.
• Hybrid Schedule
• Healthcare benefits after 30 days!

Job Responsibilities for Tax Administrative:

• Assist with organization of tax documents
• Tracking filing deadlines to ensure compliance
• Perform electronic document scanning and archiving
• Data entry and processing
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements for Tax Administrative Assistant:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Prior experience in a tax firm preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
