Live-Ops Specialist (Manhattan Beach, CA)

Responsibilities:

2. Monitor game server statistics and player chats/community interactions, promptly reporting any live-service issues & player feedback for resolution.
3. Prioritize these issues & feedback, then liaise with the development team to implement fixes and collaborate on optimal solutions.
4. Prepare comprehensive weekly patch notes detailing regular & irregular maintenance tasks, content updates, and improvements.
5. Investigate and document game exploits, bugs & other critical technical issues, collaborating closely with the development team to identify and implement effective solutions.
6. Develop & execute weekly/monthly plans for in-game GM events, fostering engagement and excitement among players.

Job Details:

40 hours/week,

Offered wage: $102,357/year,

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology OR related required.
