Key Responsibilities
- Guiding, monitoring, and leading the team
- Responsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together towards achieving goals
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Quality checking of report by analyzing a given entity & cross checking the underlying documents within the timelines and the SLA and ensuring full accuracy of data and quality
- Need to Identify potential hazards and analyze what could happen if a hazard occurs with subject entity
- Adhering to the different processes and timelines as per the SLA of projects
- Ensuring appropriate update of the database and relevant MIS along with process compliance
- Verifying the completeness of provided document from report delivery prospective
- Interact with analyst/sales associates/internally to ensure delivery of reports by ascertaining quality & timeliness
- Coordinate with external vendor for day-to-day work
- Ensuring proper MIS of the responsible business areas
- Interaction with other SBU members for specific work
Key Requirements
- MBA or MMS with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Good knowledge of accounts & finance
- Ability to get the work done from the people
- Proficient in MS Office
