Job PurposeAs a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and recruitment-related mentoring for the U. S. corporate headquarters.

This position focuses heavily on recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers. LocationThis is a hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ. Applicants must reside (or be willing to relocate) to the greater Tucson area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Each day will present you with new challenges and opportunities to test and grow your skills. As a Technical Recruiter with Modular, you’ll be responsible for: Conduct pre-employment assessments in compliance with established policies and standards. Provide coaching to management in the areas of recruitment and hiring to improve organizational effectiveness. Partner with marketing to create and enhance employer branding strategies.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the University of Arizona, local and regional community organizations, professional associations, and industry contacts to identify potential candidates. Work with management to review, analyze and clarify job roles, requirements, responsibilities, and competencies/skills required and to gain an understanding of business operations to maximize recruitment efforts. Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools (LinkedIn, various job boards, networking events, job fairs). Match candidates’ strengths with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Negotiate wages, terms, and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain a commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. Create recruitment-related documents, policies, marketing material, and position descriptions. Create and manage candidate documentation including onboarding and offer letters. Manage Applicant Tracking System and train system functionality as needed.

Assist the HR team with tasks related to the Human Resources Information System implementation and administration. Required Skills 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 2+ years customer service or administrative experience Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Inquisitive nature; interest in learning new technology and solving problems Bachelor’s degree in related field Desired SkillsThis is a hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ.
