Job Posting Description
Holman Automotive has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Title Clerk to join the Holman family. The Title Clerk is responsible for the accounting, processing, and registering new and used vehicles sold by the dealership with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The Title Clerk is also responsible for the accounting, processing, and monitoring of all transactions with wholesale vendors. In addition, he or she is responsible for assisting the Vehicle Administrator in processing vehicle related transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Registering vehicles sold with the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Processing vehicle sales documents
- Processing all service and sales contracts sold (or cancelled)
- Maintaining appropriate accounting schedules
- Supervising the flow of paperwork with the Finance Department.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.92 – $28.25 USD per hour.
