Clutch is looking for a UX Specialist with design & research experience for a client of ours. Experience in consultancies, life sciences or pharmaceuticals a plus!

Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research (interviews, workshops) to uncover insights, define design problem statements, and ideate innovative UX solutions.
• Strategic Design Partnerships: Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to inform information architecture and decision-making processes.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of design analysts and associates, fostering a user-centric design culture.
• Prototyping and Iteration: Create wireframes and prototypes to rapidly test and refine design concepts, incorporating user feedback to optimize UX and design outcomes.
• Adoption and Communication: Drive the adoption of design solutions through comprehensive plans, marketing materials, and effective communication of ROI and positive impact.
• Innovation and Business Acumen: Provide strategic guidance to customers and teams, leveraging innovative thinking and a business-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional solutions.

Requirements:

• UX Expertise: Proven proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, coupled with a strong foundation in UX and UI design principles.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to facilitate engaging workshops, brainstorming sessions, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Design Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for services or products, ideally with experience in Salesforce design.
• Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills to analyze data and inform design decisions.
• Visual Communication: Ability to create compelling visual design artifacts to support adoption efforts.
• Education and Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree and consulting background are preferred.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
