Inner Dimension TV I VP of Marketing (Full-time/Remote) Inner Dimension TV, a fast-growing and profitable online yoga, meditation and daily wisdom streaming subscription platform (available via website and Apps), is looking for a VP of Marketing to head up all things marketing and support our growing team. This position will report to our CVO (Chief Visionary Officer) and work closely with our Co-Founders/Chief Executive Officers, Creative Director, CTO and other team members. We are a tight-knit group of passionate and inspired people who love to work with each other based in Los Angeles, but operate as a 100% virtual company. Therefore, this position will also be a remote work-from-home full-time position with lots of flexibility in how, when and where you do your work.
The VP Marketing is considered a key leadership position and will have the opportunity to truly make an impact on the business by playing a lead role in defining the Inner Dimension brand blueprint for the future, formulating growth and retention strategy, identifying new target audiences, and driving best-in-class story-telling. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation of yoga, meditation and wellness content, rich digital/growth marketing expertise, a positive attitude, is technologically savvy and data-informed, solutions-oriented, self-motivated and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced close-knit environment. Key Responsibilities Lead B2C subscription growth of InnerDimensionTV. com by formulating data-driven e-commerce acquisition strategies and tactics designed for growth, retention and overall engagement. Work with CVO and relevant agencies and 3rd party partners to execute upon the above and refine the Inner Dimension brand vision and strategy. Formulate and oversee all marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, conversion and engagement across all channels, including email, social media, paid ads, etc.
Spearhead the development of promotions, sales, events. Foster a culture where people feel healthy, supported, and are proud of what they contribute and the impact it s having on our customers. Requirements 7+ combined years growth marketing experience, with at least 4 in a digital, DTC company or brand. Experience with online subscriptions or wellness/fitness content a huge plus.
Data-driven; ability to establish meaningful metrics and scorecards for gauging marketing effectiveness and oversee the development and management of budgets and reporting. Experience in leading and managing marketing campaigns and promotions overseeing a small yet effective team and identifying/managing 3rd parties such as agencies or freelancers. Deep working knowledge of all digital channels organic/paid social, email, website/apps, SEO/SEM, etc. Exceptional verbal and written communication; possess integrity, dependability and discretion.
Creative problem-solver, innovative, on-trend, able to think and work autonomously. Enthusiasm for Yoga/Meditation/Wellness content, in-depth knowledge of Inner Dimension TV and its programs and series a plus. About Inner Dimension TV Awaken. Transform.
