Our client is one of the fastest growing International Property Management firms in the area. They work with a wide range of businesses in the Tech, Restaurant, Supermarket, Retail and much more. This is an important role and here is what you will do:

  • Collaborate with the CEO on organizational vision, strategy, and hiring needs.
  • Manage staff succession and growth plans, providing independent perspective and constructive challenges to operations teams for grounded decisions.
  • Develop actionable business strategies aligned with short and long-term objectives in coordination with the CEO.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, fostering an inclusive culture for organizational success.
  • Directly oversee operations and partner with the CEO on sales management for growth targets.
  • Analyze internal operations to identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Lead employees to maximize performance and dedication while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining efficient policies and procedures.

Your background:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Operations
  • Experience in Real Estate Services as well as Construction Management, Facility/Property Management, Software
  • 10 years of direct management or supervisory experience, including training and evaluation of staff.
  • Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, operations etc.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
  • Understanding of and commitment to client service
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
