Our client is one of the fastest growing International Property Management firms in the area. They work with a wide range of businesses in the Tech, Restaurant, Supermarket, Retail and much more. This is an important role and here is what you will do:
- Collaborate with the CEO on organizational vision, strategy, and hiring needs.
- Manage staff succession and growth plans, providing independent perspective and constructive challenges to operations teams for grounded decisions.
- Develop actionable business strategies aligned with short and long-term objectives in coordination with the CEO.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, fostering an inclusive culture for organizational success.
- Directly oversee operations and partner with the CEO on sales management for growth targets.
- Analyze internal operations to identify areas for process enhancement.
- Lead employees to maximize performance and dedication while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining efficient policies and procedures.
Your background:
- Proven experience as a VP of Operations
- Experience in Real Estate Services as well as Construction Management, Facility/Property Management, Software
- 10 years of direct management or supervisory experience, including training and evaluation of staff.
- Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, operations etc.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
- Understanding of and commitment to client service
- A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
