Summary
This position will perform various operations; loading, unloading, boxing, sorting, palletizing, packing on our production equipment in the finishing department.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity for anyone interested in an Entry Level position.

Responsibilities
In this role, duties and responsibilities may include:
- Load and unload raw materials, in-process stock or finished goods into or out of various pieces of process equipment.
- Feed, pack or palletize product on finishing equipment.
- Prepare trays and stretch wrap product.
- Unload and stage product on printing and die cutting equipment.
- Prepare rolls of paper for feeding to press or die cutter and document roll usage.
- Move material and finished product utilizing powered pallet trucks.
- Follow detailed inspection standards.
- Make minor adjustments to equipment as necessary to maintain quality.
- Participate in make-readies.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Responsible for operating within policies & procedures, and maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements; including compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Ability to read and interpret information, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Mechanically inclined preferred but not required.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
