Warranty Processor and Analyst – Hybrid Remote

Associate will be responsible for the administration of warranty claims submitted by Bosch Authorized workshops and various OE/ OES customers. Activities will include review of claims to ensure they meet the warranty terms and conditions as established by Robert Bosch, LLC. sales teams, processing of reimbursements and cost recovery of accepted claims. Monitoring of claim activities and reporting on significant events or anomalies in claims being received.

Qualifications. KNOWLEDGE and CERTIFICATION:Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred: SAP system experience, multilingual (English, Spanish, Canadian. French), Power.

Bi experience in creation of reports and dashboards. SKILLS:Required: Advance spreadsheet usage and creation, Presentation creation, good verbal communication, data entry.
