Account Manager, your extensive knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, and carrier products and services will enable you to manage the day-to-day issues that arise after implementation. You will partner with Advisors and Account Executives to manage the renewal and marketing process, prepare materials for and deliver presentations, and lead the Open Enrollment process to ensure our clients are getting the most out of their benefits program. Take an active role in client interactions Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with the Account Executives and Advisors Lead Open Enrollment Work proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Proven success selling services and working in a consultative role Ability to quickly learn business model and value proposition Prior experience in providing a high level of client service.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License Education and/or Experience: Bachelor s Degree with a minimum of three years Extensive industry knowledge of benefits administration, Healthcare Reform, and carrier products and services.
