Administrative Assistant
We are a CPA Firm seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable to do daily offline clerical tasks. The mission of this position is to do daily administrative duties and maintain accurate financial records.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
– Answerphones and provide excellent customer service
– Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
– Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

– Data Entry in Daily/Monthly A/R
– Generating invoices and account statements
– Collect on past due accounts
– Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a MUST.
– QuickBooks experience is preferred.
– Must be organized and able to multi-task, pay close attention to details and clearly follow instructions.

– High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school and/or college degree a plus
– Experience in accounts management a plus
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
– Bilingual (Spanish) – big Plus
This is a part-time permanent position and interested candidate can be trained.
