We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Talent Aquisition department in our new headquarters in Houston, TX. This position will mainly provide support on the onboarding process of new production personnel and administrative tasks.
PVH – PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Resume Review: Screen incoming resumes of to identify qualified candidates.
- Phone Screenings: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Orientation Coordination: Organizing and coordinating new associates’ orientations and trainings courses.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates and temp agencies, providing updates and answering any questions throughout the recruitment process.
- Documentation: Keep records of candidate selection, assignments dates and documentation.
- This is a dynamic role, so more responsibilities will be added or replaced at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree in relevant field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as an admin, receptionist or similar role.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with employment laws is highly preferred.
- Must be a tech savvy with the ability to learn new software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
