Receives all phone calls and incoming inquiries for the organization. First person of contact and refers to appropriate department. Uses phone skills to assist all clients in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School or Equivalent
One year experience operating a multi-line telephone or switch board system
Bilingual Good organizational skills
Employees are responsible for maintaining individual certifications as required by job function or by law and provide verification and recertification when requested by management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs incoming calls to department heads.
Provides general information on services provided to patients.
Takes messages for all employees in a timely manner.
Uses a six line phone operation to maintain call flows and efficiency.
Highly organized and has attention to detail with important information.
Has advanced phone techniques for patient service.
