Call Center Representative Full Time

Schedule: 7 am-7 pm Monday- Friday. POSITION SUMMARY – Candidates must have an outgoing and positive demeanor, be motivated, have an energetic work ethic. Candidates must be great listeners and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. This is a hybrid position after the in-office training period.

Call center hours are M-F, 7 am-7 pm. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service .-3 years minimum call center experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls.
